No, victims of bad actors. Spock, Kirk and Bones were all best of friends. They compilmented each other very well. Bones and Spock liked to play in thier relationship with word games and casual ribbing but they were the best of friends also.

Did you even watch the show? Kirk was constantly getting with different women on practically every episode. Spock was of Vulcan mixed blood and they only seek partners every 7 years, but what a party when they cut loose.

Well if you are talking about the characters no they are not.
Kirk was the captain, and Spock was a vulcan devoid of feelings and controlled by logic.
