Tee hee. :) Was she joking? Sounds like a joke to me. :)

If you are seperated, then, well, you are SOL. Sorry! But if you are asking her to like renew your vows...maybe she dosent want the expense, the trouble some women think comes with it, etc....

It would be helpful to know if the two of you are still married or not. If you are married and this was to renew vows, I'd sit her down alone and find out why she feels this way and honestly listen because you are obviously doing something to contribute to her feeling this way. Possibly offer to go to family counseling with her to correct these things....before she files for divorce.

If you are divorced and wanting to remarry her, you've received your answer and you need to move on in your life in your own direction without her.

Ouch thats harsh, did you ask her if she was kidding? Or was it one of those things that you can obviously tell she was serious? If she was serious then you might have some "problems". Like maybe you need to be more polite, or pay more attention to her, or if she does a lot around the house let her know you appreciate it. Also if you like arguing just for the heck of it you might want to stop that.

You should forget about getting back together! When two persons are not toghether anymore, it's because of many things that happened through time, like fights, not trusting eachother, unspoken things...and by getting back together, you will only remember all those things, and you will end up lonely again! In stead of going back to her, try walking ahead...try meeting someone new...good luck!

The only person who can help you is you. Next is to move on with your life and learn...... from that marriage and whatever went wrong by owning up to your contribution to its break up.
Once you take responsibility for those actions ... you may find peace within yourself and proceed with closure. Remember sometimes when one door closes another opens. Maybe the door opening is one that will help you rediscover yourself .... and what you really want from life.... and love for yourself.
Good luck.

Why would you want to marry her again? Anyway, she must be feeling the relationship has soured and isn't going to commit to it again. Maybe she is looking elsewhere too.

I am sure she was just kidding, but that is a pretty messed up joke! Anyway, if she really felt that way, she'd probably file for divorce.
