From ten years old to twelve years old I was 5ft 1 to 5ft 5, and from twelve years old to fourteen years old I was 5ft 5 to 5ft 9.
Therefore I am now fourteen and 5ft 9, can anyone please tell me if it seems I've had a growth spurt or not and how tall I'll be if I have alredy had it or not?

I think you are going to get taller than that. My suspicions are that your growth spurt has not stopped at all.

Eight inches in four years? I would call that a growth gulp! You are going to be tall and that is a good thing in this society. It is important that your weight continue to expand so that it is height/weight appropriate - your doctor can tell you exactly what is going on and where you are likely to fall on the height scale. Some men are fated to be "beanpoles," but even they start packing on the weight at some point. No matter, if you exercise, eat balanced meals (and that mean learning to like a wide variety of vegetables!) including a variety of fruits, you will maintain your health per your genetic background. Do not smoke, do not drink when you become of age except in moderation. Never pick up a drink to alter your mood or ease stress and you should be able to enjoy luscious mixed drinks and deelicious wines if you so choose. You are most likely on track for your particular body type. If you aren't well into puberty, let your doctor know because that is supposed to be going on with a large growth spurt. Sorry, pal, but we all have to grow up physically and emotionally. That is a good thing.

Teenage males usually have their peak spurt in growth between the ages of 13 to 15. It lasts about two to three years and the average boy can expect to grow about four inches per year during this period, but there is a lot of variability. Boys continue to grow more slowly from 15 – 18 years of age. It sounds like you might be concerned about your height. If so, it’s worth talking with your doctor about it.

Having a growth spurt is a really subjective term from one person to the next. From my perspective I would say yes.

Why do you need to know? Not being sarcastic but you will grow at different rates during your life, and probably keep growing (albeit more slowly) until you are 21. So you can assume you will grow some more before you reach your full height.
