You can run as many times as you have money to finance a run,
The limit is two terms in office.
Contrary to popular belief, It is possible to run again AFTER a term out of office, but popular convention is that the president retires from public service after serving his term(s).

I don't know if gore is running again or not.
A person can run as many times as he/her wants. The problem may be getting financial backing.
A person can be president for 2 consecutive terms. Someone else could be president for a term. Then the first person could be president for 2 more consecutive terms.

No he is not running, and you can run as many times as you like - you can only SERVE two terms though.
