Judiciary is a system and looks to the rules relevant to the respective enactments. Under this system it also takes cognizance of previous judicial pronouncements made by higher courts and honors traditional law and practices of the respective society too. There are no such specific rules like judicial rules.The Supreme Court, The High Court , and other Lower Courts have separate Rules laying down procedures etc.
