I want to evaluate/analyze real estate brokers in the Waukegan, IL, and/or Lake County, IL area to select which one presents the best opportunity to sell my house as soon as possible. I would prefer an independent source that offers sales statistics by real estate broker/agent in my market area (described above).

That's easy. I sell real estate in Connecticut. You will want to know list to sale price ratio for the company, average days on market for the company as opposed to the local Real estate board. You will also want to know what they will do to market your property---How many websites the broker puts your property on---If it goes into Realtor. com-how many pictures will it have--agents need to pay for extra pics. Also- you will want to know if the company works with a relocation firm--these buyers are often the most motivated and have the support of their company to ease their move. I would be happy to refer you to an agent to interview. Any quality broker will be able to answer these questions or be able to retrieve this information.
