i have 4 boys and would like to know if anyone has any diet tips or any tricks to trying to conceiving a baby girl

The Shettles Method
This method of gender selection has been around since the 1960s. Dr. Landrum Shettles, author of How to Choose the Sex of Your Baby, recommends methods of gender selection most upheld by scientific evidence and without costly or controversial medical procedures.

The basic premise is that men produce two types of sperm, the X (female) and Y (male). According to Dr. Shettles' studies, the male (Y) sperm are smaller and weaker but faster than the female (X) sperm, which are bigger, stronger, and slower. The Right Time

There is a timing method that you can use, but you have to have regular periods to do it. Female sperm are longer living than male sperm so you need to have sex 4 and 3 days before you ovulate and then abstain for the next 4 days so that when you ovulate only female sperm are left. Women usually ovulate 14 days before the start of their period, so usuing the first day of your period as day 1, you need to figure out what days you would have sex. For me I am a 31 day cycle so I figured I ovulated on day 17 (I actually can feel when I ovulate, so I know the 14 day rule is true for me) and I had sex on day 13 and day 14 and then abstained through day 18. I conceived a girl my first try. I've had friends who this has worked for as well. I work with doctors and they confirmed that there is research to support this. Good luck.
