How is that racist? I think you're being ridiculous. By the way, they do have chicken nuggets, chicken strips and chicken sandwiches and chicken salads. How much chicken do you think is necessary ?

McDonalds specifies mostly in burgers and KFC in chicken.
It's a profit and experience thing
