Why are people feeling sorry for her? It's a federal offense to threaten the President, no matter who's Prez, no matter if your 14, or 100. They act like the sercert service went in and tourtued her for days, they questioned her for a big whopping 15 minutes! And of course, the ACLU has to stick their nose in, wtf??

I don't feel sorry for her. Since 911, anyone stupid enough to threaten the president openly on the internet, is basically asking for trouble. This country gives us the freedom of speech, but it also provides the Secret Service to protect our President from harm. I'm sure this young lady learned her lesson.

Yes, what she did was wrong and no she does not need a pity party and yes she should be punished for her offense.
As far as the ACLU is concerned, it is a matter of federal law that minors cannot be questioned without their parent or legal guardian and that isn't even mentioning her constitutional right to an attorney during questioning. Both of which were violated thus making this a civil rights case which also should be prosecuted.
Two wrongs do not make a right.

What is a 14-year old going to do to a president? I can understand if it was a 20 or 32 year old. You should see what some kids in my school say about Bush, but would they ever actually hurt him? No, they would never do that because they are just kids talking **** about whatever they don't like.

Totally agree with you on this one. A fourteen year old should have enough sense not t o threaten anyone, threatening any President in Office is a major offense. The ACLU is bogus.

This is not a time for feeling sorry for this kid, they should
arrest the parents for allowing her to post this threat on her website. The ACLU should be banned from this country and their leaders put in prison for subversion and the 14 year old girl should serve time in a juvenile prison.

Any threat to the president has to be taken seriously. Do people think that kids don't kill? Kids have walked into schools killing other kids (Columbine/Taber). She's getting what she deserves....
Brooks: how do you know she wasn't being serious? There was a guy who posted threats etc on his website, then walked into a school in Montreal a couple of weeks ago shooting people...

No party, we need to educate , the young, its just that morons
have children with their same values, which is none. The ACLU
is nothing more then a Socialist Party Platform where, Every
Anti American Cause can flourish while the American taxpayer's
are forced to pick up the bill.
