Course you will! Depends how big you're getting them as to how limited your range of movement will be, but if you are an active person, your consultant should have taken that into consideration. Make sure you know exactly what to expect and ask your doctor all of these types of questions - if they are a good clinic they will give you sound advice about how your future life will be with the implants. If women with huge implants can do pole dances at the local strip club (obviously with no support devices like bras) then I'm sure you can do routine workouts.
I'd resist the urge to do bull riding tho... a direct hit w/ a horn into one of those implants might rupture it.

sure, just wear a good sports bra like you would without them. what you are trying to protect and support is the muscles and tissue around the breasts just as you would with all natural breasts.

yes. my sis got them about 7 months ago and she can do everything she did before....even work out. just make sure you are completely healed first

yes you will..just make sure you get your check up with your doctor first and have him clear you for physically activity before starting anything
