Chewing Gum has dried onto my back pack's belt

put it in the freezer till it's hard then peel off

Rub peanut butter on it. The oil from the peanut butter counteracts the stickiness of the gum. A product called Goo gone works on the same premise. You may have to wash the item with a damp washcloth dipped in Dawn dishwashing liquid afterwards if you can't machine wash the item. Good luck.

Ice cubes..use an ice cube and rub it over the offending chewing gum then leave for five minutes and the gum should be easier to pick off as its cold & set!! Good luck!!

Warm the chewing gum and then stick it in the freezer for a few hours and then you should be able to pick it out

if you get chewing gum on anything then put it in the freezer fro a couple of days. once it has frozen solid then you can scrape off the gum and wash clothes as normal. good luck x

Freeze it with some ice or put it in freezer then scrape off if stain is left then use small bit of nail varnish remover and it will come out as good as new. Rose

Freeze it and then apply a small amount of vegetable oil to the gum. It should come off with no problem.

Put it in the freezer... when the gum is frizen you can pick it off. Not very nice, but it works

Use ice on it to harden it and pick off the bits. I think in time it will dry out and pick off.
