its all in the sweat glands. some sweat more then others. I don't think its a gender thing its more of the sweat gland thing.

Women sweat less than guys because they do less manual labor. It's not about the food they eat. Even if women do sweat, they don't smell as bad as guys.

It's not a food; it's called a shower...hahaha--just kidding. It just has to do with your chemical make-up. I know a few girls who sweat much more than others.
