when i scroll down on a page it duplicates the page and makes waves, to try and solve the problem i bought a new monitor however this did not fix it, i think it is something to do with the settings in my pc - any help would be grateful thanks again!

1/ go to windows update and download all patches and service packs for your version of Windows.

2/ go to Display in Control Panel and under Settings change your resolution to a lower number and see if that helps.
Also, from Settings, under the Advanced, Adapter properties, change the refresh rate to a lower number.
If these things help, then you should:

a - download and install updated graphics drivers
b - add memory to your graphics card
c - get a new graphics card.

If it's not the monitor you have to check your graphic card.
