How can you legalize a small business?

I want to sell clothes that i made myself, i was thinking of selling these clothes online. How can i get a permit to do so? Location: Makati, Philippines. And what requirements must i prepare in order to acquire a permit?

This is far too complicated to answer on line. You are entering the international market with all the ramifications of importing, tariffs, international shipping, etc. Contact an international broker in export and consult with him.
