This monday me and my boyfriend had sex and the condum broke and now im really scared of pregnancy. Although i am 18 i dont feel that im ready for a child. I looked on the internet and it said that I should have ovulated on Tuesday, however, I had so much cervical mucous on Thursday that my panties were wet. Is that a sign of ovulation? Im hoping that I ovulated on thursday because I figure since my boyfriend smokes weed his sperm is too weak to reach my egg by thursday. Am i right??? Pleaze help im soOoO scared!!

first of all calm down. if it is not too late. there is a emergency pill that can be used as a birth control within 72 hrs of the event. ask your doctor about it. but to be really sure, ask ur doctor if you are even pregnant. good luck. i went through the same thing with my girlfriend. and she wasn't... thankfully

Calm down! There is nothing to be too scared of or rather there is no use feeling scared. Having done what you did not what to do or should not have done, take things in your stride and act wisely. First, keep your parents informed of what happened. As someone has already suggested, undergo an immediate pregnancy test. If the test proves that you are not pregnant, the matter ends there, and in this case, make sure you always act wisely when it comes to having sex with your boyfriend! Once again, handle things calmly!

You should definitely try to calm down. Once you get through this remember two things:
#1. no form of birth control is 100%. Nothing. So if you aren't ready for a baby, stop having sex until you are at a point in your life where you could handle this responsibility.
#2. the boy smoking pot has nothing to do with his ability to have children. ALL of my friends are long time pot smokers (we are in our 30's) and ALL of my guy friends have at least 1 child, some as many as 4. . . .and many of them were accidents as well cause they bought into the pot/sperm myth.

An afterthought: I just read your previous question, why were you asking 3 weeks ago about how to conceive? Your questions seem to contradict each other a bit. . .

You need to go to Planned Parenthood right away. You can get a pill that can prevent a pregnancy. They can also give you a pregnancy test. Don't take any chances by waiting. You need to consider going on a birth control pill. I tell my daughters to never rely on just one form of birth control, a condom and the pill is the right choice to prevent unwanted pregnancies. Don't put yourself in this situation again, you're too smart for that. Talk to someone at Planned Parenthood or your regular doctor right away. Remember, since you're 18 years old, your parents don't have a right to know why you're seeing the doctor with the new privacy laws. Good luck.

I am not being rude to you but why not use The pill also, You say your not ready for a baby yet, Yeah i know the feeling. i done it to at 18 and now my daughter is 22 and has a son of her own just born May 15th. She done what you and i both done. I know your scared i was to but i still ended up pregnant. Go to the Doctor and get the test done, they won't say anything if you are our if your not. If you go to a chemist to buy it someone that might know you could see you and you know what that could do. I really hope your not as you sound really frighten. If you are and you can't cope talk to you doctor again there advise to you is private

Sorry...the weed thing just does not stand! Many people smoke it and get pregnant, or get someone pregnant (especially if he's young!) Don't freak out yet. Many many people do not get pregnant their first try. You just have to calm down,and wait it out. Sorry I couldn't give you a better answer, but it's just a waiting game until you can tell more, like a missed period.

I have no clue hon but if you are scared about being pregnant, go to the nearest Planned Parenthood or Crisis Pregnancy Center. They can help you out a bunch!!! Best of luck to ya!

First of all..the drugs have no affect on how far his sperm will go, If the condom broke and he happend to release inside of you there is a good chance you are pregnant and theres also a chance you may not be, go take a test.

well don't worry ,just take contraceptive pills and every thing will be fine, well these pills would make an imbalance in the estrogen and the progesterone levels secereted by the females ovary duct and you will not conceive a baby.
if there is futhere hesitaton go to a gynacologist and take her advice.
