They very well could because the phrase "pardon my French" is used in an attempt to excuse the user of profanity in the presence of those offended by it under the pretense of the words being part of a foreign language. So the French could use the phrase "excuse my English".

French people don't tend to swear in conversation unless they really mean it. Most casual swearing "merde!" etc is generally an exclaimation and not appolgised for.

when french people swear, i spit in their general direction. wine swilling collaborators..all of them.
and their cuisine sucks... their political system is opressive and restrictive... and they think thier sh it doesnt stink...
