A big knife, because it would work as defence against animals, you could chop fire wood with it and use it to make sparks for fire.
Unless I'm allowed to take a person, in which case it would be Ray Mears, Survival Expert :D

A book. How to survive in the nature.
And if I could find a person there(with whom I could communicate) who was also stranded there (I would prefer a woman) I would be very happy...

Matches. In order to make a fire, so that I might cook whatever I killed to eat. A fire will allow me to create a signal pyre to attract help, harden the ends of wooden spears that I might hunt or fish with, provide warmth, should the nights be cool, dry my clothes if they are wet, and just make me feel better mentally.

Could it be a person? If so, I'd pick Mary-Ann. Or maybe the professor for more practical reasons. He can make a radio from a coconut. Can I pick both?

A backpack full of camping gear...
Why? Becasue it would have a tent, flint, one pan, hooks and string for fishing, a knife and small first aid kit

My cell phone.
That way I could call for help if I decided I needed it.
Otherwise I could call for Pizza delivery.
