is there a job out there for a 13 year old that will get paid enough money so he can pay a phone bill my parents dont want to pay for my phone any more ill take any ideas ( ps i have a A920 samsung with no extra stuff on it like music or tv)

Babysitting might work, if you are responsible enough. I did that. We had some kids come by the other day mowing lawns and one of them was 13; However, it might be too cold for that in your area. You could "rent yourself out" to people you know, (and that your parents approve of; it is important to be safe) perhaps even family and do things such as wash dishes, wash walls, Help clean out cabinets, weed, etc.

There is always a paper route. Other than that, at 13 there's not much available.

try doing odd jobs for neighbors...mowing lawns, raking....
