Not really weird. A lot of non gay guys get manicures. It is really good for your nails.
It does sound like flirting to me. Ask her why she wants to give you one.

I think she likes you! and having boys with manicures isn't gay. They don't even put the white tip on it! But i think that maybe she's giving you a sign. follow it.

maybe you have filthy hands and or nails, which isn't really attractive. With those hands she might want to be touched... but only when they are clean...
A manicure isn't always nail polish and gloss; nice round and clean nails with a little cream to soften your hands.. it is nice!

Well is she in cosmotology school and needs a subject? If not, yeah that is flirting, but take her up on it. I don't think she will paint them bright red but it feels good, see what happens.

Hey...don't knock it 'till you try it pal... took my husband (Drill Sergeant, US Army) for a mani and a pedicure, they massage your hands, feet, calves, arms... he loved it... not sure he'll be a regular at the nail salon, but it's definitely NOT gay, and I guarantee you'll enjoy it!
Maybe she "likes" you and wants an excuse to rub your hands!
