I live on the fringe of cell phone service is there an antenna or signal booster I can purchase to make my phone work.

If its for your house there are these boosters that are sold at Radio Shack that will increase your reception in your house for all the major wireless carriers. Check the link below. If you can't get the link opened go to RadioShack.com and type cellular booster into the sites search engine.

Most cell phones these days are 0.2 watts. Motorola has a few 0.6 watt phones that will give you much better performance. You could also consider getting a 3 watt booster installed in your vehicle.
PS - I think Nokia has 1 (just 1) 0.6 watt phone.
