The answer to your dream is simple. You have a strong desire in your heart to achieve a life goal and doors are being slammed in your face to reach that goal. Nevertheless you are tenacious enough to crawl and ignore the closed doors. You want this goal, probably a job, very much. The Disney matter is showing you that the process of acheiving the goal is more important than the goal itself. You will acheive the goal but looking back you will see that the journey gave you so much more. Be happy your goal is about to be reached.

While I am not sure all dreams mean anything nor am I even close to an expert on any of this but I can tell you what it sounds like to me. Maybe it's telling you to take a different path other than the straight line. Stop and smell the roses and don't be in such a hurry to get through the door. The doors are locked so that you are forced to search for other way and along those paths you will encounter many different things that you might not have seen otherwise. It is also telling you that you will eventually get there maybe just not as quick as you like or the same road you would like

doors = gateway to your destintation
being locked = obstacle in life
go thru back way = short cut in decision
crawling over water pipes = risk
Disney world = desire
Looks like you have a dream of problem on decision making. In your life, you may experience some sort of obstacle or block from your friends/family. You are projectign the back way to tell you that subconsciously you are trying to find other way to acheive your desire or goal. You are the person who wants to risk when it comes to your desire no matter how long it will take. Basically, your dream reveals your personality of who you are.

The truth is, the language of dreams is too idiosyncratic to be able to offer a single meaning for these images that would be correct for all people. Your unconscious mind is a complex web of metaphors and associations that takes a trained analyist years to unpick. I have cited an interesting primary source below, of a more modern, cognitive theory in case you are interested in looking into dreams a bit deeper. (I'm in my final year of my PhD looking at the phenomenological characteristics of nightmares).

You feel like you are going no-where.
Every time you turn around, you feel like someone is blocking you or your motives.
Try not to fight others so much and concentrate on your own motives.
Others do not have your best intentions in mind.
