I'm using frontpage to make my website and i would like a free host to publish it on.

First you should know that free hosting comes with banner ads placed their by the host which could detract from your website. You might want to check these out:

There are literally hundreds of free hosts, but quality varies and I personally would recommend just paying the like $5 a month for real hosting. GoDaddy has a plan for $3.99 a month that has been good to me:

The best thing to do is find a company who will sell you a domain name with free web space included. Otherwise, if you do not want to buy a domain name, most ISP accounts include free web space so just upload your pages there.

You can host it yourself at home . You will need a pc connected to the net, domain name and that's it
If your ISP will give you a static IP that's easy. If not you might use a dynamic one but you need to be a web savvy to that

there are so many site offer the free publising under thier site name they dont offer your domain name so my advice to spent some money but get your domain and register your site so every one can direct access your site i can help you in this process of registaring and hosting of your site
