usually stuff will shrink in the dryer. if not, have someone sew it up for u or wear a big, tight sash :) that will look cool especially if u have a dress

First find out if the material is shrinkable?? But be careful it could shrink way to small. Sounds like sewing would be a better choice! Good Luck

You can wash it and she if it shrinks,or squeeze your Halloween costume together and tie it with a rubber band and cover it with something so it wouldn't look like it was cheap or something like that. :) i hope it works because i love giving out advice

it depends on th material it is, but some cloths shrink when you washthem and dry them.
also, just cut it?, i guess and soe it back together
