You need to read "Our Kind" by Marvin Harris. This book is thick, but easy to read, and it will explain everthing in a scientific manner. Personally, I find it an insult that people insist anything that man has accomplished or become be credited to extra- terrestrials (not that you are suggesting such a thing, but many people have before). The earth is mother of all. If you don't believe in evolution, I'm sure you can at least agree that we are able to adapt to different climates. And yes, White people are the most recently Mutated race on the planet, from the planet. Not from an experiment or aliens or whatever. That is at least, my two cents worth. Good Question though.

Nubians the first? Where did you get that from? They are a rather new group compared to most. The experiment you refer to sounds like something the white guy who founded the nation of Islam said, that some scientist on a greek island created white people there.
What are you reading?

Racial classifications have more to do with environmental conditions. We are genetically the same people.
You have to have enough skin pigment to protect you from solar radiation and little enough to allow enough solar radiation through to produce certain vitamins. White people are from area's where there was less solar radiation.
The racial differences seen now are a recent development. Indians living in the Andes of South America have adapted to living at the high altitude by developing large chest cavities and are physically different from other Indians in the America's, yet there is no doubt they are the same race.
White people from Northern Europe look quite different from White people from southern Europe we don't call them a different race.
It is also my understanding that East Indians are in fact caucasians and some are as dark as any Africans. We may look a lot different but we really are all the same people.

Are Legally here on Earth?
As there were no written reports from that era, there were no interviews given from anyone involved in this, nor are there photographs from which evidence or conclusions can be drawn as to whether 'White Man' evolved from other races, it is really only a series of hypotheses.
As to 'an experiment'! There are to date no traces or evidence of any forms of the necessary ‘Licenses’ granted for such 'experiments' to take place within the boundary of any known company likely to perform such an experiment.
There are no answers that come with Guarantees. All there are on offer are hypothesise ~ with either greater or lesser chances of their being 'likely.'

It depends on what you consider new. Caucasian people evolved well before the Paleolithic period. They evolved as homosapiens moved north from Africa. It is almost certainly the case that white skin evolved as a mutation which proved to be an advantage in a colder climate.
Nubian people are no more ancient than caucasians. The genetically oldest peoples are found in isolated tribes in the centre of Africa.

This is part of a belief system which is unbelievably complex.
First of all there is a planet in our solar system called Nibiru [Its a comet planet and isn't actually classed as a planet] [I don't know its real name]
God created Adam and Eve and gave them the Earth. [Important in this belief God is NOT a celestial being instead he is an alien who took earth as a chance to start fresh and create a world of peace. There is a chance he is from Nibiru also.]
On Nibiru resides an alien race [white] one which came to earth and reproduced giving birth to the first white children long before civilisation.
"God" warned the people of earth of this race and called their leader evil. His name was Lucifer. He was a King on Nibiru.
The belief is that God created peace and harmony on earth and that it was Lucifer who bore the white race onto earth in the hope that one day they would reside dominant.
The final chapter in the belief is far darker than that of revelations it tells of a final war to end all wars in which Earth will be wiped "clean" and both races shall be devistated. The last chapter which tells of this fate outlines that the son of Lucifer shall be born before this day; he will not be born on earth he will be born on Nibiru and taken from his father brought to earth by God and placed into the womb of a human so that he may be born human. His name is Aurora but he shall be born with a human name which will be unkown.
The child will grow and he will be infuenced by our world and how we treat him will decide our fate. If he is treated well then we shall be saved but if he is treated wrong then we shall suffer. No-One shall kno who he is or what he looks like.
The day he dies on Earth the sky will turn black and the sun will cease to shine, the sea shall rise and the temperature fall and coldness shall sweep aacross the land . . .
It gets a bit much from there on but you get the picture its pretty much all doom and gloom.

We have evolved. It's true that white people are relatively new to this planet, so unless you believe in little green men, its safe to assume that we are descended from black people.
White skin is basically a mutation of the original genes.
So i guess no-one has the right to be racist as we would only be discriminating against ourselves
Food for thought perhaps?

human life started in Afria. That country has a lot of open land and a mild climate. For life to exist and to be able to reproduce, humans need folic acid which is both produced and destroyed by the sun. Human skin in Afria is dark to protect humans skin from too much sun, the hair is kinky to protect the head from too much sun. As you get further away from Afria, the sun is weaker, therefore, the skin became lighter to take advantage of the benefits of the sun. The hair became straight or curly so that more sun would get on the skin. The color of your skin is natural to where you came from. , if you took only black skin people and put them in a place where there is not much sun, over ages, their offspring would get lighter and lighter. If you took white skin people and put them where there is a lot of sun, over ages, their offspring would get darker and darker.

Umm where do you get your information? Do a little reading in your history books, and the Bible if you believe in the Bible, and ask some historians, do a little more research. I mean do you think that white people just appeared in the 1900's or something. I must admit I'm a little peplexed by your question.
