I need help. I'm ogulating and am having major cramps. I put a heating pad on,that works, but when I have to go to bed they start again! I'm getting so tired because I have a kitten in my room so I have to feed her before bed. The cramps are fine once I get to sleep. But I have 15min. before I can get to bed, so the cramps start making it hard for me to fall asleep. I'm so tired, but can't sleep or do anything about it! What are suggestions? What can I do when i'm not at home and don't have any meds to take for the pain? I need your help!

Do some light exercise, bending & stretching UR stomach.
Then soak in a warm bath.
Add some sea salt, U don't need loads just a few table-spoons.
Stir it around 2 dissolve, it's good 4 muscle pain & might help.
Not hot, just a few degrees passed body temperature.

Used 2 help me & I couldn't take Meds either.

A nice hot bath and a heating pad usually are the best recourse. There are over the counter pills that work great also. If this is a regular and on going thing I would speak to your doctor and get his opinion and a prescription from him.

Are you sure these are ovulation cramps? Have you seen a doctor? I would suggest you see one. You could have a cyst on your ovary.
