because your time is precious. because they open their mouths and utter crap comes out of it. because they have no opinions of their own, because they are unable to articulate an argument with original thought...
their ideology is flawed, their personality is shallow. and IQ almost non existant...
that'll do for starters...

We're all fools from time to time. It's the Golden Rule thing to suffer each others less admirable moments. And, it's all about learning curves. There's always someone behind you. And, there's always someone ahead of you. I personally have always taken that saying, to "suffer fools gladly", to mean I should feel glad to know that I have all that hard work behind me that someone standing in front of me still has to go through.

I have no time for fools. A quick look at some of my questions and answers will confirm this. You are not obliged to suffer fools, therefore you should not. I gave up trying many years ago.

I am with you completely! The mentally challenged I can deal with. I do so on a daily basis - I work in a Special Ed Inst; but people who have a brain and are impervious to demonstrably using it have my fingers curling and my teeth grinding.
I don't think we are arrogant, I think those who choose to be fools are!

Because you think you are intellectually on a higher level, which is snobbery, arrogance.. be careful even the dull and ignorant have their stories to tell and it does take all kinds of different people to make up the world. Wouldn't it be boring if we all were the same..

Its arrogance, always thinking you are right
seeing everything as black or white, when there is
lots of grey in the world.
Just keep trying - everyone can't be as perfect as
you think you are. It takes all sorts remember that.

Probably because you recognise yourself in them and with your over-inflated ego do not want to admit it.
