Do you see any goats sitting on computers asking existesialist question? If you do it's probably because you're on acid.
We may be animals, but we have advanced far beyond all other animals, to the point which they are subserviant to us. If we are part of the animal kingdom, we're the best damned animals around!

I think it is because we as humans have skills that no other animals on this earth ( that we know of at this point) has.
Examples.
1.we can leave are planet with machines we have built.
2.We can change our environment to suit us, as with air conditioning & heating as well as habitat.
3. we can choose weather or not to have offspring
4. we have a writen language
5. we create tecnology to save lives which
other animals are at the mercy of nature. ect...
bottom line, I believe these kinds of things make most humans feel smarter & above any other animal on the earth weather it is true or not.

Until another species comes along and writes a book disputing this observation, we'll stay on top.
When I read and watch the news on TV, I wonder if ALL people should be placed "on top"!

Cause humans are supposed to think but now a days i dont think so we are very well much like savage animals and probably much worser

Because they are. Biblically, we are given domain over all creatures great and small. Not Christian? OK - It just makes common sense. Top of the food chain and all that.

beacause we are more clever then them, i.e they eat there faeces.
what reasons have we not got for thinking we are superior to animals?
