I haven't had a boyfriend in two years, but all of my friends always tell me I'm pretty. Is there something wrong with me?

I don't think it's my personality.
I try to engage in conversation and I'm very complimentary, and I'm a pretty nice person.

No. You are not pretty. Pretty to me means on the inside and you don't have any true beauty there. Almost every question you've asked has included pictures just to lure people into telling you that you are pretty. Sorry--I'll be honest I think you are okay--not gorgeous--and you are very ugly on the inside. Making you an ugly person inside and out.

I looked at your previous questions and you are vain. Why do you care so much what you look like? It's obvious you are either a) narcissistic b) have very low self esteem or c) you just have issues. Perhaps--and I'm guessing all three are true.

I suggest you get some counselling. I think you have some serious underlying issues. A thirteen year old doesn't need a boyfriend--let alone a eleven year old. Hopefully you will get the help you need. This is the time to focus on school, friends, and family--not to be superficial and needy.

Yes Emily you are beautiful, and at 13 you don't need a boyfriend. You want to be (or are) an actress, work towards that end. If you work hard and do well, by the time you are 18, you will be on the cover of "People" magazine, and if you don't have a boyfriend yet you will be the most eligible bachelorette in Hollywood.

Stop thinking about it and he will come. You don't need to focus on this work on school stuff. Try a new sport or a cool hang out. Don't get so wrapped up in finding a boyfriend because you might fall for the first one that comes along. You are pretty but don't let that be the only thing that helps you to find a boyfriend.

I'm not being big headed here wen i say that my friends and everyone tell me I'm pretty too. i get it all the time but i found it hard to believe. i have hardly any self confidence and hardly any self esteem. Ur only 13 I'm 19 and i recently had my first kiss and my first boyfriend. u need to live life. boys at Ur age don't Noe much. You don't need a man to tell you how beautiful you are hon. Plenty of people can see that for themselves. Boy are nothing but drama and pain, and yet every heartbroken girl still goes back for more. Just chill. You're beautiful just the way you are. Make yourself noticed if you want a bf that bad. Don't just be the quiet one in class, be the noticable one.
