Go to Ebay.com, Log In and go to the "My Ebay" tab. Select "My acccount" from the menu (usually on the left of the page) and then select "Personal Information". Under that section there is a section at the bottom that says "Financial information" where you can edit your Paypal, Bank and Credit Card information.

You can't update an expired card, it's expired! However if you mean enter a new card number for a new card, just go to your paypal account and click on edit info.

"Update" an expired Visa Card, even!?!?
Wonder why Visa is still in business when e-Bay can do this?

Go into you my ebay and down the left side there a list of places to go. Find personal details and all your bank detail will be there.
