yes i think you can, i saw lots of weddings taking place under the Sydney harbour bridge,opposite the opera house.. if i was you though i would try and get married in the Whitsundays and take a flight over heart reef- group of islands of the east coast, you could always go to new zealand and have a traditional Maori wedding?

You can do what aever you want, but you need to found out first what you need for a marriage license in Australia
