just attach the songs to the email.. click "compose" tab then if you are in the compose message, click "attach file" tab and look for the song that you want and attach it..

if the songs are in the "My music" folder in youe documents, you can send the music as an attatchment on the e mail. Most emails have a way to attatch files. Open a new email and type what you want to type, and then look for a button that says something about attatchments. Then that should give you a window where you can navigate to the music you want to send.

Rip the song using your "windows media player", any format is fine. Choose the default settings. Then email the song.
