There's nothing like the "one-man's-junk-is-another-man's-treasure" business. In other words, antiques and collectibles. In 33 years in the business I've sold items for as much as 500 times what I paid for them. But you have to learn the value of things within a specialized category, whether it's antique coins, antique lunch boxes or whatever (the possibilities are endless!) and then start buying low, selling high. Ebay makes this a lot simpler to get top dollar than back in the days when we had to rely on flea markets, antique shows, etc.

Any business that has a market for the product or service and that you commit 100% energy to will be a success. You can forget about making any money with alot of these tried and true survey businesses. The only people making money are those who refer the opportunities. There are only so many surveys and so many potential referrals that you can find. The secret to your success will be in your own business in which you find a product or service that addresses the needs of the consumer and seeks out to find a way to fill them. If you make yourself different from any other business out there, you will gain a nice enough market share to be successful. What do people want? What aren't they getting now or wish were better, faster, less expensive? Fill those needs and you've got not only a good home business... but a GREAT one!!!
