I had two ferrets one time. I don't think they were a problem to care for but they do have a odor to them plus my male always bit people but the female was a sweetie. And watch the door cause when I left mine running around and went out even just to check the mail they would be right there ready to run out the door. Being as fast as they are I could never have caught them had they gotten out.

My girlfriend had two, and they weren't especially hard to raise. They pretty much just sleep, play, **** and eat, probably in that order. They just smell and make you smell, kind of like pee, sweat, and cedar chips, even w/ their smell glands removed. Though, if you can get past the smell they're kind of cool little rodents to watch and play with. However, they will need some of your time when they're not sleeping,(which they do over half the day). They have a lot of personality and need attention and time out of their cages. They also seemed to get along w/ most other pets, but personally they're too smelly for me. Hope this helps. Good luck.

They aren't hard to raise, but they can get expensive. Food alone ges costly. And vet visits can be expensive especially if your ferret gets sick.
They also are not caged pets. They should have at least 4 hours a day outside of their cage/ And they also do better in pairs. So, if you want to get one, plan on getting 2.

no, make sure you plant them firmly in healthy soil and so they cant run away, feed them cheese through a pipe and in 2-4 weeks you will have baby ferrets blooming everywhere lol!!
also you can raise them by just extending your ferret above your head!

It depends upon their weight. LOL
Well in comparison to cats and dogs yes. They like to hide in small spaces and that could be anywhere especially the dryer vents.

I would say no and they are great for catching mice and rats. They only thing is they give a nasty nip and them front teeth hurt bad. Its hard to get them off your hand once they have got you.
