go to the picture, right click on it and u can choose 'save as' option and select the location where u want to save it..

Two Ways that I use.
1. Right Click on your mouse and choose "Save Picture As"
2. Hit the "print screen" key and then paste it into a photo program like microsoft paint.

Put your mouse cursor over the picture, then right click once. A menu pops up, and you will see "save picture as" click on that and there you go. Just remember where you saved it.

Right Click, Save As...
Save to Desktop if you always want to know where things are at, then move them to a folder later.

I usually highlight the photo and click copy, then open either a word document or powerpoint document, and paste it there.
