what can i do who do i turn to he has never been away from them, he is showing signs of depression so they are moving him to a new foster home what are my rights as a parent wanting my kids back. wwe live in fort worth texas the caseworker went to tell him last week that they were going to move him. so he knows that this his last week there and he will be in a new place with people he has never met and put into a new school by his self without his brothers or sister who is like a twin to him she is 10. he is not getting along with foster parents bio-son same age my a year older.my son told his brothers that the much biger boy was bullying him but wont tell foster parents and just clames up and stay to his self but at school he write about how much he adores his foster parents, i have got a job a 2 bedroom house and done the things they asked me to but we have to wait for court meanwhile my child is being traumatized by all this please tell what to do where to go who to talk!

Maybe you should of tried to be a GOOD person when you had your "children" and they wouldnt be suffering from depression!!!! I love how bad MOTHER & FATHERS(notice I dont say Mom & Dads!) lose their children and then all of a sudden care.

I really hope those kids are able to adjust even with your f*ck ups!

maybe call a lawyer or your lawyer if you have one. i am not sure about laws in the united states. in canada we have a Child, Family and Community Service Act that goes into great details the rights of children.

but try to call a lawyer or family court worker. maybe they can give you advise on what to do. but dont' wait to long. do it right away. maybe they can go into court and over throw that decision and get him put where he is for now until they can further invesitgate and come up with a better resolution that would benifit the whole family. but get someone to respresent you either way. they are trained professionals that can understand the laws, acts and system better then average citizen can. good luck

sounds like ya hoard kids lady im shure you like the checks ya get from the state. 2 bedrooms. id be traumatized to with all those kids around give it up or we will see you on the news with all the kids being taken

Why is he moving away? You can legally adopt him.
