God I love Bobcat Goldthwaite, especially that scene from Police Academy where he's with that girl with The Blow Monkeys playing in the background. I'm not sure about any of the A team, except Mr T who is still around (what a pain!) I used to love Bruno Brookes, but I saw him on TV recently and he looked ancient-he had age spots on his head. Aargh! also saw Nik Kershaw who actually looks better than he used to (remember his hair!) I also miss Dire Straits-wish they'd make a comeback and a new album-brill!

Goldthwait's new feature, Sleeping Dogs Lie (formally Stay), starring Melinda Page Hamilton is in the 2006 Sundance Film Festival and it is part of the "Independent Dramatic Features" competition. Sleeping Dogs Lie is about a youthful, impulsive sexual encounter which opens the door to a dark comedy about the complexities of honesty. Recently between June 9 - 17, 2006, Goldthwait attended the 2006 CineVegas Film Festival. He's also the panelist for the CineVegas "Outlaw Cinema Panel", which started on June 11th. Reviews after this day complemented him as the most talkative and the most interesting panelist.

The A-Team
Each episode of the first season began with this voiceover introduction:
Ten years ago, a crack commando unit was sent to prison by a military court for a crime they didn't commit. These men promptly escaped from a maximum security stockade to the Los Angeles underground. Today, still wanted by the government, they survive as soldiers of fortune. If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them, maybe you can hire... The A-Team.
Seasons 2-4 substituted "In 1972" for "Ten years ago". The intro was dropped for the final season

George Peppard as Col. John "Hannibal" Smith
A life long smoker, Peppard was diagnosed with lung cancer in 1992, and resultantly quit. This also forced his retirement from acting, and being passionate about politics as a life long Democrat, he spent his final years championing health care reform.
He died of pneumonia on May 8, 1994 in Los Angeles, California at the age of 65. He is buried in Northview Cemetery in Dearborn, Michigan.

Dirk Benedict as Lt. Templeton "The Faceman" Peck
Benedict was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 1981. The medical doctors recommended castration, but he cured his cancer through diet, exercise and fasting according to his book "Confessions of A Kamikazi Cowboy".

Mr. T as Sgt. Bosco Albert "B.A." Baracus
In 2005, after seeing the effects of Hurricane Katrina, Mr. T announced he would never wear his chains again, saying they were "an insult to God" [3], and donated clothing and money to Katrina victims.
As of 2006, Mr. T lives in Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles, California. He is a born-again Christian. He mentioned on the Howard Stern Show in October 2006 that he had become a grandfather and that his cancer was still in remission, although he was still receiving preventative medical treatment.

Dwight Schultz as Capt. H.M. "Howling Mad" Murdock
Schultz has appeared in films including The Fan (1981), as Broadway actress Lauren Bacall's director, and Fat Man and Little Boy (1989), as J. Robert Oppenheimer. In the late 1980s and early 1990s he had a recurring role as Lieutenant Reginald Barclay in Star Trek: The Next Generation. Schultz reprised the role for Star Trek: Voyager and the Next Generation film Star Trek: First Contact.
Schultz is also known for his voice talent. His voice credits include numerous video games and cartoons.
