Does anyone know what else will fit... can't seem to find anything that will go. I know it's a pretty hot engine, the radiator in it now is like decaying inside and out, hardly get 5km before overheating occurs. Been quoted about $500 for a new one and $380 to re-core the one thats in it.

If your only going five miles and you start to overheat the thermostat sounds like it is stuck shut. I am not saying there is nothing wrong with the radiator but you also have other issues. I would go with the recore on the radiator it is a better product because it is not a mass production. A good radiator person will put a core in it and you will get a much better product in the end. If you continue to have problems contact me via email I have been in the radiator bussiness for over twenty years.

Wow that much for a Chevy Nova, Oldsmobile Omega Radiator. That is what that car is called here in the USA. If you have trouble order one complete from a American or Mexico supplier It has to cost less even with shipping. Even custom aluminum Radiator From C&R should not cost $500.
