I am a parent of a fifteen year old myself. I think that this is a decision that only you ,your boyfriend, and your parents can make. The law says that if you are sixteen and you choose to have sex with someone up to four years older, there isn't much a parent can do. I would let my fifteen year old see someone who is 18 if I really trusted the person and that their was some boundaries made about the amount of time spent with each other and what type of supervision would be in place. We all know that hormones run wild.

The law varies from state to state. You can look up the law for your state online. As far as not having sex...Is this what the guy is saying? He is going to want sex unless he is celebate. Are your parents ok with you dating an 18 year old?

So your 15, I would check online what your State Laws are and abide by them.
If he cannot wait a few more years to date you, then there was/is a reason why he was dating you at the age of 15.

Not yet.... for you should wait at least 20 years before thinking about boys that much. What kind of work will you be doing, will you stay in your state or not? Lots of things to do & think about at 15 than boys!

Honestly its not a good idea.. Legally speaking if you take your shoes off in the car with him its statchetory rape. I understand you dont care. But understand he is the one with everything to loose. All it takes is one of your parents and or family members not liking something he did.. and he goes to jail wether you had intercourse or not.

The law is for sexual contact, not being with someone. He is being responsible. If you love him, don't put him in jeopardy.

It's OK. When he's 63, you'll be 60, and there's no different then.
