There used to be plenty of fan sites with the Japanese theme songs. And I checked one of the sites that used to have lots of fan stuffs, but a lot of people have taken most of the multimedia out of their pages it seems. Same goes for the dub tracks. So actually, you're pretty much out of luck. Sorry! -_-

aside from the theme song, you can get the entire series online at www.narutocommunity.com in the forums (along with many more animes)
