`Any industry enhances the quality of human life to somebody, even if they are misguided. So your question is meaningless (to me).

if im working and no benifits and the company doesnt care, definitely i will quit the job. about the industry as youve mentioned, doesnt enhance the quality of human life, frankly speaking, yes there were some companies who are irresponsible, all they want are the profits they gained..they are not concern about the security, benifits and privilages of their employees..its up to the people/employees to stay and still works with that kind of companies/industries. integrity, this term of word are good only to the companies/industries doing the right things to their employees, like giving them the benifits, privilages and security..if they does the company/industry itself will succeed and they will win the loyalty of the employees.

You mean like the tobacco industry, or weapons manufacturers?
I wouldn't work for them if they offered me a million dollars and hour.
But some people only care about the money, and some people can't afford to give up their jobs because they have families to support.
