He says that, if the goverment implements e-governance, accountability, transparency and zero corruption then the system will become so efficient that only 50 million people will be required to run entire India. 950 million will become jobless. So, corruption and inefficiency creates jobs and opportunity for people.
He got several strong points to prove his case. A manufacturing plant with 5000 employees is being run by less than 500 employees today as they phased out any direct recruitment for more than 10 years by managing through contract companies.
The bottom line is, automation increases efficiency, accountability, reduces corruption and drastically cuts down the manpower. I am confused.

I do not agree that stronger economy should generate more jobs. Thre are countries with trillions of dollars but have no jobs.
