I am bound to design a database for disaster management and would want to see the best example around the world for adoption.

Hey drhalilu,

Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery may be managed in a Data Base, but you should be looking for DR and BCS Concepts that satisfy your needs! You may not want to establish Computer Hot Sites, for example. Someone elses DB will not fit your needs. DR Plans are usually tailor made.

That said, there are many places you can go to get this type of information. Many will charge you a lot of money. The people with the 'very best around the world', as you request, will want you to pay them for their research.

The following Search URLs give many places where you can get the information you need - not necessarily what you want, but this is the best you will get.
