Could be the beginnings of an upper respiratory infection, which is not pleasant. Keep an eye out for discharge (particularly pus, which in bunnies looks like cream cheese, it's very thick) and then runny eyes as well. To be on the safe side, please take Bunny to the vet, as these infections can progress really quickly-and if it gets into their lungs, it's really serious.

Along with what everyone else posted, I'd be worried about snuffles or an upper respiratory infection...both are serious and do require treatment from a qualified veterinarian. That being said, what are you using in your bunny's cage for bedding? If you're using any type of wood chips or shavings (especially pine or cedar), stop now and switch to a paper-based product!!! The oils in these woods that make them smell so good to us, are extremely dangerous for bunnies. When the wood becomes wet (such as with urine), it releases these oils in the form of a spore. These spores are then inhaled by your bunny and go straight into his/her lungs where they create a coating on the inside of the lungs so that they're unable to absorb the oxygen that a bunny is supposed to be breathing in. As a result, the bunny suffocates and dies. Not a good thing. Either way, get your bunny to a rabbit-savvy vet ASAP!

I would take her or him to a vet .If the vet doesn't know it might be something around the home what kind of bedding do you use if you use shavings it might be that do you have any other pets? you could also buy a small animal supplement put that in her water it will boost there immune system and i would also put into the search engine sneezing rabbit see what hits you get or try and find a message board there is one called worldwiderabbits its in yahoo groups.
Good Luck

It needs to go to the vet. Rabbits don't get colds. It could be an upper respiratory infection or pastuerella. Eitherway rabbits aren't supposed to sneeze.

it could be poor ventilation in your rabbit's area or it could be sniffles... go to your vet (without the rabbit) and ask for a bottle of tetracycline... then take the medicine back home and but several drops of it in your rabbit's water bottle... make sure to change out her water when the solution turns from yellow to red (usually ever 24 hours or so) so that you have fresh medicine in there... she should stop sneezing and any infection will clear up in a few days
