North Korea is a failed State but still has close ties with China, whom America is seriously intimidated by. Eventually, however, North Korea will have to go. Just a matter of time. When you have a paranoid schitzophrenic as a leader, who isnt qualified to work on a transmission or drive a bus, and he is openly threatening the world with WMD, he will eventually be euthenized for his own good. Put down like a rabid dog.

I doubt N. Korea will sell to the terrorists. If they try anything it may be the beginning of the end for them.
