Holding a newspaper to read it for an hour a day, every single day releases such a minisule amount on your fingers that you would NEVER feel the effects of it within 10 life times.
Working at the newspaper presses is another story. People who work at the newspaper presses are exposed to so much ink that they should be taking multiple simple precautions.
