No. That's something men say so they can try to get out of using them. Let's stretch things here and say they do. That would mean a man may be able to have sex for longer than 2 minutes. Not such a bad deal. Longer lasting and a lot safer.

No! Guys say that out of pure laziness.
This is fairly graphic but here goes with my experience.

Usually when a man is aroused, he begins to secret pre-ejaculate or pre-come long before the actual act. This secretion is much like a womans natural lubricant in her vagina.
With a condom on over it it will secret enough to cause you great pleasure as if your wearing nothing at all.

The only down side is when having to put it on. It's best to find creative ways involving your partner to add the fun.

Use of condom does not at all decrease sexual pleasure. It rather increases pleasure because mentally women feel safer. Men also enjoy. It is very safe hygienic and good.

yes, most definitely. for me - I hate the smell of the latex or the lubricant used - hell, I don't know... I just hate the smell of condoms. I can recognise it across the room. It is worse than boiled cabbage...and I'm not a Cabbage Patch Children - condoms don't work for me.

Yes, obviously!
It should be more appropriate to say it covers the penis sensitivity, despite any condom is very thin!
That fact ican even be useful when there's premature ejaculation i.e. and anyway, it's the only way to have safe sex.

Of course it does. But you won't get STDs or an unwanted pregnancy, and there is still 98% of the body that you can touch, rub, lick, etc all that you want to.
