Warrentless wiretapping has a large potential for abuse, who decides if a tap is necessary? Without a judge siging off on it, it can be used much like the Nixon adminstartion wanted to use intell from the watergate. It just isn't right. Big brother is way too powerful to begin with, its liberty we proclaim then we ought to have it for our citizens!

Whats next in Republican Amerika? Children encouraged to inform on their parents. Masked squads arresting people off the street for Yahoo infractions. Government (or worse yet FOX) controlled media. Just like in Nazi Germany.

If I was a terrorist living here, I sure wouldn't like it.
Or, I was calling on the phone to terrorist friends overseas, I wouldn't like being listened to.
Only terrorists have to be worried about this.
If you are Not a terrorist, don't worry about it.
