Its a hidden tax increase Bush doesn't want you to think about. He claims he is cutting taxes but is in reality making them an assured certainty.

Not necessarily, even assuming your numbers are accurate. This country has lived in debt before and will again. The problem with "raising taxes" is that after a tax is raised and has met the purpose for the raise, the tax is not repealed.
Many major cities have taxes related to football stadiums (it's Sunday, so good example). Once the stadium is built, the money then goes to the operating costs of the building but the taxes collected may exceed the actual costs creating a surplus in taxes. If a new stadium is later built for the same city, a new tax is created, even though the old tax still exists. They will find a new use for that money rather than give it back to you- but it's not their money, it's yours.
The party in control will determine whether we pay higher taxes or not: Democrats will raise them (bet on it). Republicans will generate money through other methods (usually, but not exclusively, by allowing businesses and people to stimulate the economy thus generating more money).

Not federal taxes because the rich don't like higher taxes at that level. What he is making inevitable is reduction of services to middle income and poor people. Also, higher state taxes, as states have to raise taxes to keep their governments working without the money that should be coming from the federal government for vital services like education, roads and medical care. Republicans use all the money for military spending and things like bailing out the savings and loans. They call Democrats tax and spend because they spend money on the average people, who Republicans could not care less about. But look at the difference in deficits. How can they say Dems spend more money? More confusing, how can people believe this crap?

Absolutely, but he won't have to worry about paying it back. He's rich and can afford enough tax lawyers to cover his ***. When have Republicans every cared about deficit spending? Certainly, they haven't in my lifetime. They just cut taxes so deficit spending is forced upon us all. Do they ever worry about reducing the deficit? Nope. Will they blame the Democrats? Why give up such a good scapegoat? Bush will just blame Congress for spending too much (more likely he will blame Democrats in Congress)
