the colour in the soap is just to make it looks nice, so that they can sell more. the "skin " of the soap bubble is soooo thin that you can't see the colour.but if the light hits the bubble just right, you can see a shimmer of a lot of colours but it's the same for all bubbles regardless of the colour of soap.

If I boiled Gerard M. down and turned him into soap I'd really like the bubbles to turn out coloured. Only problem is, he wouldn't be around to see it.

Bubbles are a very thin layer of very diluted soap around clear air. You only have a tiny bit of dye in the soapy water and even that gets stretched so thin that there's virtually no dye there at all.
