Are you sad, resigned or angry when you see the standard of the spelling and expression in so many questions and answers?

There is no comma missing, demanda, not before the word "or" if that is what you mean. Jay's answer is coherent if deliberately mispelled. Another answer is similar. I'm not bothered by "m8' for "mate" or other forms of e-English.
I do not pretend to write perfect English. I misplace apostrophes and sometimes write "loose" when I mean "lose". The fact that I have had no typing lessons does not help. But the occasional spelling error is neither here not there. It is the sentences without verbs and the sheer incoherence of some of the questions and answers, often combined with poor spelling that I have noticed. I'll wait for a few more replies before I choose the best answer.

None of the above. This is not a formal setting, and I would not expect members to take the time to always use proper usage and grammar here. Content is more important than spelling and grammar, in my opinion. Some of the greatest minds throughout history were not adept in the mechanics of the English language.

By the way, there is a comma missing from your question. :o)

It makes me angry. Schools are not paying special attention to spelling these days. I can see no reason why this should be, except for sheer laziness. As for the standard of spelling in these questions and answers, I must say that some of them are breathtakingly appalling.

True, but we started the tradition of e-english. As the science of the language declares, the deterioration of the language from its orthodoxy - being viewed as taboo by the older and radicalism by the younger - is termed as the growth of language.

English particularly has thrived as a language (not declared dead as Latin) because of its adaptability and flexibility.

Though it is very difficult to digest, we might have to accept, grin and bear it.

Pointing fingers with this will do no good, so I will say this. It it frustrating, but part of educating kids is helping them learn when it is appropriate and inappropriate to use certain kinds of language and styles of speaking. It doesn't stop the day they get their diploma. It's an on-going education.
